How to Make an Order?

Browse and search through our product collections.

After finding your desired product hit the button “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”

After adding all the products you want to buy into the cart, proceed to the “Checkout” option.

Fill in the form with your relevant information e.g. name, address, phone number etc.

Proceed to payment options.

Choose your preferred payment method.

And voila, you’ve just bought your products just like that! Wasn’t that easy?

The product will be delivered to your doorsteps within 3 to 5 business days.

Do you deliver Outside of Dhaka?

Yes, we deliver products all over Bangladesh via courier.

How I get products?

We will send your products via courier that you prefer.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes Sir/Ma’am. You will get the invoice in your Email address and your profile panel.

Do You have any Outlet?

Yes. Our only outlet is located at:

Is Your Product Available in any Other Online Platform?

Extremely sorry to inform you sir/ma’am that right now our products are not available in any Other Online Platform.

Is there any limitation for Product Quantity Purchase?

No. There is no limitation but make sure that products are available in our stock.

What should I do if I receive a reject or wrong product?

Please, Don’t Worry. If you get the rejecte or wrong Products. Let us know about it and we will change it as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you can. You Should Canceled your order within 2 hours, if we delivered your order then we can’t stop it.

What is your Service/Delivery charge ?

Our Delivery charge is 100 tk.

Do You Provide Free Delivery?

We have a FREE DELIVERY policy for ordering worth more than 1500tk. However, there will be a 100 taka delivery charge for ordering worth less than 1500tk.

Is There Any Refund or Replace Policy?

YES.If you get wrong or reject products,inform us within 72 hours. We will refund or replace your product as soon as possible.
